We have introduced a lot of changes in the way we support you since our last PowerPlex. Please join us for a review of changes past, present, and future as we delve into the new tools, processes, and organizations that work to service your implementation of Plex. You'll meet key players on the Customer Care and Customer Response Teams and you'll learn how a service request flows through the organization, from receipt through resolution. We’ll share our vision, the ways we’ve chosen to achieve it, and our next steps on the journey.
